Jacque Minger, DVM, CVA

Working with my families dogs, horses and cattle, I learned at a very young age what it means to take care of all the animals on the ranch. This sparked by love and passion for veterinary medicine and was my foundation for the veterinarian I am today.

I completed a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Florida (Go Gators)! Attended St. Matthew’s University for veterinary school and completed clinical year at Oklahoma State University in June 2013. Earned my Master’s degree in Strategic Management in December 2013.

I have a strong interest and passion in diagnostic imaging, specifically ultrasound. I enjoy nutrition and more preventative medicine. I am excited to add in eastern medicine with my western medicine knowledge, allowing me to offer my patients a more comprehensive and integrative style of treating the whole animal.

I enjoy traveling and new experiences. However, Volusia County is where I was born and raised and I am excited to be back in DeLand and offering my services again.

In my free time, you can find my husband, Oscar and I with our two French bulldogs, Edith Ann and Jake. We enjoy the outdoors, fishing, the beach, skiing, riding horses, and helping my family with working cattle on our families ranch.

I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member. I am excited to continue my veterinary career at FL Wild with a diverse group of amazing doctors and supportive staff.
