Once you arrive at Floridawild, whether for an appointment or to pick up medications/food, please call the office. Do not leave a message. Due to high volume of calls, our lines are busy. Please call back until you reach our Client Care Specialists.
All appointments are on a drop off basis to limit personal contact.

All of our forms are located conveniently online to fill out and email back to us.
When a nurse comes out to your car to collect your pet, please limit all conversation. A nurse will call you over the phone to collect history if you have not filled out the form prior to the visit.
A doctor will call you to discuss your case and recommendations.
At discharge, a Client Care Specialist will call you to collect payment over the phone.
Once again, remain in your car as a Dr. or nurse will discharge over the phone.
Your pet will be brought out to your car.
