Dr. Patrik Rollefson - Veterinarian

Dr. Patrik Rollefson is originally an Arkansan from just outside of Little Rock.

Despite being landlocked, a passion for the ocean landed him at Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey where he received a B.S. in Marine Science minoring in chemistry.

After graduation, he moved down the bayou to Baton Rouge and the LSU College of Veterinary Medicine where he received his DVM, developing a passion for wildlife and exotic medicine, as well as multi-modal pain management including integrative techniques. While there he worked closely with the Wildlife Hospital of Louisiana and Integrative service as part of the Raptor Rehab team.

He then moved up north to Cape Cod for a specialty internship in emergency medicine with a special interest in exotics. In addition to exotics and analgesia, Dr. Rollefson is also passionate about our elderly pets, helping to ensure they can be active and comfortable in their older years.

He lives with his cat Smokey, as well as Juliet the ball python and Tobias the leopard gecko. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, photography, diving, or anything that takes him outdoors
